Sammy Hale hit 2 doubles and had 2 RBI as the Mid-World Bumblers defeated the
Iowa MoonlightGraham 4 to 3 at The Cornfield.
Mid-World took the lead for good in the 3rd inning scoring one runner. Iowa
threatened in the 9th but Mid-World was able to put down the rally.
Joe Shaute(3-2) was the winner allowing 2 runs in 8 innings. Lefty Stewart
preserved the game for Shaute, recording his his 2nd save. Jesse Haines(1-2)
was hit with the loss.
