Lonnie Summers rocketed 2 homeruns and had 5 RBI at The Coal Bowl where the
Hibbing Dylans beat the Pinch Quicks 14 to 9.

Summers had a great day at the plate.  He clubbed a two-run home run in the
1st inning and smacked a three-run homer in the 5th inning.  Hibbing provided
plenty of action in the 5th inning when they had 4 runs on 4 hits.
Offensively, Hibbing was a juggernaut.  They scored in 6 separate innings.

The winning pitcher was Harry Rhodes(1-0) who allowed 7 runs in 6 innings.
Raul Galata recorded the save, his 1st.  Schoolboy Griffith(0-3) took the
loss.  He allowed 3 homeruns in 7 innings of work.
