TEAM RISP- Feat: 4 for 13 Silver Sluggers: 4 for 8

Harmon Killebrew launched 2 homeruns and Curt Simmons had a complete game at
LA Wrigley Field as the Sterling Silver Sluggers beat the The Little Feat by
the count of 18 to 9.

Killebrew was spectacular at the plate. The hometown fans showed their
appreciation with a standing ovation his last time at bat. He hit a
bases-empty home run in the 1st inning, lined a one-base hit in the 2nd
inning, launched a Grand Slam homerun in the 3rd inning and stroked a
base-hit in the 7th inning. Sterling kept the scorekeepers busy in the 3rd
inning tallying 4 runs. The Sterling offense was as consistent as it was
powerful. They scored in every inning, making a joke of the The Little
pitching.

Simmons(6-7) finished the game allowing 9 runs in the victory. Juan
Marichal(5-7) absorbed the loss. He allowed 4 homeruns in 3 innings of work.
