Art Houtteman had a strong outing at Bright Health Field as the The Little
Feat beat the Colorado 14ers 3 to 0.
The Little jumped on top of Colorado in the top of the 4th inning scoring a
single run utilizing 3 base hits. Enos Slaughter doubled. Elston Howard
stepped up next and he delivered a one-base hit scoring the run. The Little
totaled 7 hits on the afternoon.
Houtteman(6-11) went the distance for the shutout. Bob Kuzava(6-8) was the
loser. 'We really needed this win' said John Demijistre. 'That first drink
of water at the end of a drought sure does taste good!'
