Rod Beck was great in relief as the The Little Feat topped the Sterling Silver
Sluggers by a score of 9 to 8 at Camden Yards.
The Little took the lead for good in the bottom of the 7th inning scoring 3
runners on 3 hits. The crucial at-bat was provided by Todd Helton who
electrified Camden Yards when he slapped a one-base hit bringing home two
baserunners. Overall The Little out-hit Sterling 12 to 9.
Juan Acevedo(5-2) was the winner allowing no runs in 1 inning. Beck recorded
his 22nd save. Clint Sodowsky(0-1) was the losing pitcher in relief.
